About Our Classes
CITY SIP is devoted to your wine experience! We personally select the wine based on a lot of criteria (region, price, ratings,) but most importantly, our personal experience with it. At CITY SIP, you are invited to imbibe and share in a unique evening!

All Classes are $50.00 PER PERSON and include:

CITY SIP Wine Instructional
Like no other you've had! Experienced winos and amateurs alike will both benefit. You will begin your personal journey with the fermented juice of the gods.

CITY SIP Tasting
Each class is based on a theme that could include one or more wineries, varietals, regions, etc....it's different all the time! Expect to explore your senses!

CITY SIP Food Pairings
Let there be meat & cheese! Not only will you gain a greater understanding of how to marry food with your wine, you will impress your friends at your next gathering when you take away delicious recipes to recreate on your own.

Are you a wine virgin? Never Swirled, Sniffed or Sipped? This is the class for you! Learn the basics of wine tasting and impress your friends at the next dinner out! From ordering off a menu to discovering your own personal taste, this class is perfect for wine beginners and wine lovers who want to hone their skills. All levels welcome!

GOIN BACK TO CALI!
California here we come! Take a drive down Route 66 and taste wine from Napa Valley to Paso Robles and everything in between. This class will show you a smattering of the exceptional wines produced in both Northern and Southern California!

OLD WORLD vs. NEW WORLD!
France vs. California, Argentina vs. Spain....how about Hungary vs South Africa? Come explore grape varietals doing different things in different places!!

FRENCH KISS!
OOh LA LA! It goes without saying that French wines are made with passion and lust! This class will take you on a romantic trip through some of the most notable wine regions in France: Bordeaux, The Loire Valley, and The Cote du Rhone to name a few!

TINY BUBBLES!
"Tiny bubbles in the wine, make me happy, make me feel fine!" Well, we can't promise Don Ho, but we do promise sparkling wine from all over the world!
